A variety of fixes and updates, if you haven't played yet, this is the version to play

• hit spark on bullet collision with enemy
• add trail renderer to bullet
• dive tutorial

• removed lightweight render pipeline
• updated materials to non-LWRP materials/shaders
• water tunnel and ocean have brand new textures to replace LWRP shaders
• whitewater scaled up and adjusted to work with new texture
• removed old special effects and files, replaced with more effective ones

• in water tunnel powerup move step moves one powerup, not all
• player spawns on loading game
• retry option is fixed
• fixed damage number rendering by changing camera settings to non-LWRP
• health pickup actually gives you health
